On Wednesday, September 25th, the SportsBarn and ScoutConnect staff ran the inaugural Fall College Camp at Roy. E Lee Field in Edwardsville, IL. This event featured 30+ athletes from Illinois & Missouri, in the 2025 and 2026 grad classes respectively, that participated in a pro-style workout, followed by a simulated game.
Those in attendance received TrackMan hitting data, Rapsodo pitching data, laser-timed 60s, and positional velocities. Additionally, there were more than 20 collegiate programs in attendance, including five Division I programs.

We’ll start to shine some more light on our takeaways from the event, starting with the outfield crop below, and continuing to roll out more prospect notes as we move forward into the off-season.
For now, continue reading below to learn more about the outfielders that attended this event.
OUTFIELD NOTES
+ OF/LHP Brody Signorelli (Fort Zumwalt West, 2025) is a lean, upside two-way athlete from the event that recently committed to Crowder JC. From a positional perspective, Signorelli tied for the workout lead in peak throwing velocity from the outfield (T90 mph) and routinely elevated pull-side fly balls from a leveraged left-handed swing in BP. His ultimate upside may lie on the mound, however, where he pitched in the low-80s from a tight, clean, ¾ arm slot, and he should only continue to tick up from a velocity standpoint as he continues to add mass. Signorelli also flashed a feel for a sweeping slider in the low-70s.
+ OF Alex Kimbrough (Carterville, 2025) made the trip over to the Metro East from the Carbondale area and is a muscle-bound left-handed hitter that’s still uncommitted from the event. Also a soccer player, Kimbrough ran a 7.00 flat 60-yard dash and worked short to contact with a long left-handed barrel through the zone swung that produced a max exit velocity of 91 mph in BP.
+ OF Max Biehl (Freeburg, 2025) is a left-handed bat that flashed feel for the barrel and line drive polish to the pull-side throughout BP. Biehl is a strong, compact athlete that’s still uncommitted into his senior year and has a knack for consistently playing hard in-game.
+ Perhaps the day’s biggest winner was OF/1B Cooper Montgomery (St. Dominic, 2026), who is a must-know uncommitted left-handed bat in the St. Louis area. Montgomery was all over the barrel to the pull-side in BP from a fast, intentful swing that should fit nicely into the middle of a lineup at the next level. He produced some of the more impressive batted ball data of the day, driving his furthest ball 345.7 feet with a max exit velocity mark at 93 mph. Aside from his efforts in BP, Montgomery continued to perform in-game, finding the barrel with authority three times.
+ Another name to follow from our event is OF Chase Butler (Civic Memorial, 2026), who’s a physical, strength-packed right-handed hitter with impact potential. Butler has strong hands and easy jump off the barrel with balance, polish, and feel to hit as well. His hardest batted ball came off his bat at 95 mph and traveled 343.3 feet, both of which were amongst the day’s loudest marks. Additionally, Butler was on the barrel twice in game, including a loud double deep to left-center
+ OF/LHP Anthony Perez (O’Fallon, 2026) is another two-way prospect with upside on both sides of the ball from this event. A lean, lanky, and fluid athlete, Perez tied for the event lead in outfield velocity (T90 mph) and also took one of the day’s more polished BP rounds, finding the barrel often to right-center from a clean, athletic left-handed swing. Later on in the day, Perez jumped on the mound and ran his fastball up to 87.4 mph from a fast ¾ arm slot, while also showing feel for a SL/CH mix, both in the upper-70s.
+ OF Brayden Robertson (O’Fallon, 2026) had a strong showing at the plate in BP and during the gameplay portion. Robertson swings a fluid right-handed barrel that should continue to add impact as he gains muscle mass, and he’s already showing that, as he doubled off the left-center wall in one of his trips to the plate.
+ Two more left-handed hitters from this event are OF Chase Cradick (Francis Howell, 2026) and OF Ben Sink (Father McGivney, 2026). Cradick holds lean strength on an upside frame and swung a quick left-handed barrel that peppered line drives to the pull-side, all while peaking at 88 mph from the outfield on his firmest bullet. Sink is a stronger, more compact athlete with a leveraged left-handed swing that favors the pull-side, and he was up to 84 mph from the outfield at max, too.
